■海外からの購入について / For International Customers
当ショップでは「かんたん海外販売」を導入しております。
1. 配送と梱包について：商品は一度日本の代行会社へ届き、そこから検品を経て海外へ発送されます。海外輸送の衝撃に耐えられるよう、通常よりもさらに厳重に緩衝材を使用して梱包いたします。
2. 関税について：お受け取りの際に関税や輸入税が発生する場合がございます。これらは注文者様（お客様）のご負担となりますので、あらかじめ居住国の税関ルールをご確認ください。
3. キャンセル・返品について：海外発送後のキャンセル、返品、交換は一切お受けできません。
4. お取り扱い上の注意：本品は非常に繊細なハンドメイドミニチュア作品です。配送には細心の注意を払っておりますが、観賞用として優しくお取り扱いください。
[Important Notice for International Orders]
We use a proxy buying service for international shipping.
1. Shipping & Packaging: Your order will be sent to a domestic warehouse in Japan for inspection before being shipped internationally. To ensure safe delivery, we will use extra cushioning and provide professional, heavy-duty packaging to protect the items from damage during long-distance transit.
2. Customs & Duties: Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
3. No Returns/Exchanges: All international sales are final. We cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges once the item has been shipped.
4. Handling: These are extremely delicate, handmade miniature artworks. While we take every precaution in packaging, please handle them with great care for display purposes.
